1. Deliver highly interactive, engaging and meaningful sessions while maintaining a high level of energy throughout the delivery.
2.Model facilitation excellence and assist in training others to deliver our learning programs and workshops, both in person and virtually.
3.Lends expertise to the development and implementation of leadership and career programs/processes.
4.Provides one-on-one coaching and mentoring to Leadership and support management effectiveness, leadership development and the successful design of appropriate personal development plans.
Essential Requirements
1.Brings innovation, energy and passion around learning and development.
2.Strong instructor/classroom presence with exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization.
3. Minimum 10yrs experience in Leadership Training
