Sales Leader/COO/CBO

Role Description :

– Collaborate with the Founder in driving organizational vision forward and operational strategy.

– Along with senior leadership team deliver roadmap for international expansion.(International expansion experience would be an advantage)

– Adept in consultative selling techniques & relevant marketing / sales campaign Creating partnerships, Market segment customization and designing creative promotions to hack growth

– Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning

– Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the Founder

– Identify & explore business opportunities with CEOs, CXOs, HR leaders in start-up and mid-market.
