HR Business Partner - FMCG/eCommerce/Healthcare
- Interface between the HR and the Customer/ Process owners in Operations. Responsible for regular interaction with the Process Owners to understand their expectations.
- Work with them on employee issues and assist in talent management - career development, compensation,performance management and retention management.
- Should be having experience in handling Employee Relation, performance Management Systems, Stakeholder Management.
- Ensure all queries, grievances and escalations across processes are resolved within committed timelines; conduct investigation in employee grievance/disciplinary cases and take necessary disciplinary action.
- Supporting operations in controlling attrition; separation trends identified and action plan devised to address key drivers of attrition
- To develop and implement initiatives that bring about improvement in overall productivity, satisfaction, discipline and morale.
- To facilitate clearance formalities for F&F process.
- Implement employee engagements activities, Skip levels, Town halls, Rewards & recognition programs, surveys etc.
- Work with HR of other geographies in delivery of common HR processes across divisions.
